Please contact us immediately if there are any changes in your circumstances or if you cannot meet the required payment on time.
$35 is refunded at the end of season when dress is returned in good condition.
Registration fees for 2024 are $30 and are due 6th March. If you register after this date it is still required. This fee is non-refundable. No cash will be accepted at trials.
If you have not paid a Registration Fee, you will not be placed in a team and you will not be able to trial on/from 10 March. See the ‘How to pay’ section.
We will accept cash at the first two days of trials with exact change. This is only available for the Registration Fee payment.
There are two options for you to pay the rest of your fees, either: 1) in full or 2) signing up to the Payment Plan. These fees are exclusive of the $30 registration fee:
Payment of fees in full - due by 13 April 2024
Fees include a $75 Dress Hire Fee. $35 of this is a refundable bond once you have returned your allocated dress promptly and in its original condition, at the end of the 2023 season. The remaining $35 of the Dress Hire Fee is non-refundable.
Failure to pay without notice may result in a penalty fee or expulsion from Team Vic. Please read below for other payment options.
If you join late we can discuss due dates with you.
Player coach subsidy - We are always on the lookout for Senior coaches. Team Vic members who also volunteer to coach a Senior team may qualify for a fees subsidy, at the discretion of the Team Vic Committee Coaching Lead.
If you would like to spread your fee payments out, you can sign up for a payment plan. Please indicate this when you register. You can set up automatic payments through online banking.
Plans exclude the $30 Registration Fee which must be paid by 5th March.
This is a non-negotiable payment plan.
Failure to meet the required payment scheduled without notice may result in a penalty fee or expulsion from Team Vic. Players may set up smaller payments in between the due dates, but they must meet the deposit amounts by each date.
If you join late we can discuss due dates with you.
Failure to pay will risk removal from your team. We have these due dates because we need to pay your fees to Netball Wellington and to pay for equipment on time.
Other options for payment are made on a case by case basis. If you are a student at Victoria University - please read Useful Resources section below.
Please pay directly into our bank account, or set up an automatic payment with your bank using the details below. This is so we can match payments correctly to players.
